Tesla delivered just 8,295 'Other Models' — now almost entirely Cybertrucks since Model S and Model X ended production — in Q3, down 48% year-over-year and the lowest total for the category since 2021. It's a sign Cybertruck demand remains soft even with a cheaper trim now on offer, buried inside an otherwise strong overall delivery beat.

Tesla's overall Q3 deliveries came in at 486,532 vehicles, beating consensus in a surprise upside. But the 'Other Models' line told a different story.

With Model S and Model X out of production, 'Other Models' is now effectively the Cybertruck category. Q3 deliveries for it came in at just 8,295 units, down 48% from a year earlier and the lowest for the category since 2021.

Electrek noted that Cybertruck demand hasn't rebounded even with the cheaper trim Tesla rolled out this year — a soft spot masked by the headline delivery beat.
